But Blake Lively looked less than happy as she chatted on her mobile phone as she rode in a water taxi in Venice.
Perhaps the Gossip Girl star was discussing nude photos - purporting to be of the actress - which appeared on the internet this week.
The 23-year-old blonde looked stressed as she talked on her iPhone 4, while her companion DiCaprio chatted to the driver.
Wearing a blue vest, the actress held her head in her hand as she listened anxiously to the person as the other end of the phone.
Lively was photographed in Venice on Wednesday - the same day she issued a stern denial the photos in question were of her.
Pictures surfaced online this week purportedly showing the actress posing naked in a series of self-portraits.
Some observers noted that the photographs show an iPhone similar to the one the actress has been seen carrying around on the set of her hit TV show.
However, Lively branded the grainy photos ’100 per cent fake’.
A spokesperson for the star told America’s People magazine: ’Blake has never taken nude photos of herself.
’Blake will pursue legal action against the publication which initially published these photographs and any other outlets that republish them in any manner.’
Regardless of whether or not the photos are of the actress, there’s no doubt it’s caused some distress to her.
Understandably, she would have found the issue quite distractng when she’s supposed to be relaxing with her rumoured new man DiCaprio, 36.
Over the past few weeks, the pair have been seen in Cannes, Monaco and Portofino - prompting speculation they are cruising the Mediterranean together.
They were spotted dining at Saint Paul de Vence in the south of France last Friday, before taking a Mercedes back to a yacht docked in Cannes.
