"Fair Game" is a plastic surgeon’s idea of a thriller: The bad guys have pockmarked skin and the good guys are the lovely William Baldwin and Cindy Crawford. Half the time, you can’t tell if you’re watching an action movie or a cover shoot for People’s "50 Most Beautiful People" issue.
So who’s complaining? "Fair Game" is dumb, violent fun, expertly done. We’re talking explosions, a freeway-chase scene that’s killer and a bad guy who’s worth booing. The action never lets up, even during an ill-advised sex scene that manages to combine sweaty bodies and thrusting with firearms.
