The couple, who have spent time together in Disneyland, Monte Carlo, Venice and Saint-Paul de Vence in France in recent months, were this time spotted cruising through the streets of New York on bicycles.
The actress, 23, who is in the city shooting the fifth season of Gossip Girl, was forced to pull up her stylish beige dress as she pedalled alongside her new guy.

The actor, 36, opted for more sensible clothing in a casual in a white T-shirt, cargo pants and trainers.
DiCaprio's best friend Lukas Haas also tagged along for the Sunday afternoon outing.
Of course, the Catch Me If You Can star has long favoured getting around on a bike, although he can certainly afford a more expensive mode of transport.
He this week topped the list of Hollywood's highest paid actors for the first time in his career.

DiCaprio's bumper 2010 payday come from the success of his films Inception and Shutter Island which took over $1.2billion at the worldwide box office.
As well as earning more than £10m for each picture he picked up a slice of the profits, according to Forbes magazine in their annual review of salaries.
DiCaprio, who began dating Lively in May following his split with model Bar Refaeli, earned almost twice as much as Angelina Jolie and Sarah Jessica Parker.
