Peta Murgatroyd stood out on Malibu Beach in a sparkly nude bikini

She's one of the show's backing dancers but clearly Peta Murgatroyd wants to be up front and Dancing With The Stars.

Because if she wants to move away from the troupe and partner a celebrity, than that bikini is one way for her to get noticed.

The New Zealand-born dancer was snapped on Malibu beach in a sparkly nude two piece as she soaked up the Californian sun.

And she certainly wasn't shy in front of the cameras as she laughed and adjusted the skimpy top part of the swim wear.

Peta had just been for lunch with fellow Antipodean dancer Damian Whitewood, one of the professional dancers on the show who are given a celebrity to teach and dance with.

The Australian last appeared on the tenth series when he was partnered with former Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson and were the sixth act to be eliminated.

Damian is not returning for the 13th series which starts next month, but Peta will be back as one of the troupe - but is maybe hoping for a role more in the spotlight.

Her years of dancing have certainly paid off for the Auckland-born girl, who showed off a very toned and enviable figure as she walked the beach.
