Helen McConnell's clearly not a woman who can just laze on a sun lounger and soak up with rays with a good book.
As the new wife of the Manchester United defender, Jonny Evans, she was snapped enjoying a break in the Barbados on Tuesday, June 13.
She looked like a natural lady in a white bikini as she instead decided to take to the waves and indulge in some paddleboarding session on Sandy Lance crystal water.

While it might look like a fairly easy pastime, paddleboarding can be very good for toning up muscles and controlling balance, two things that are very important for any athletes.
And her husband Jonny, 25, may be the better known of the two thanks to his defensive role for Man Utd, but it was his wife who turned heads in her bikini.
