Kerry Katona makes a splash in skimpy bikini as she soaks up the sun on Spanish holiday
The mother-of-four looked delighted as she cavorted with Croft and topped up her tan on Saturday while taking to the flume and even enjoying a ride in a giant rubber ring. And who could blame her - because her weight-loss surgery has clearly put a smile back on her face and given her the confidence to don such a revealing ensemble. The 28-year-old has managed to go from 14 stone to eight stone in nine months and last August underwent £15,000-worth of liposuction and overhauled her eating regime.

While she admits she allows herself her favourite fatty treats at the weekend, she lives on a diet of Bran Flakes, salad and protein shakes during the week. She also drinks a pint of water with every meal as well as green tea to speed up her metabolism.
However, the star's personal trainer Scott Wright has said that Kerry did not need to have liposuction. The ex-Coronation Street star turned personal trainer who started working with Kerry in October last year, said she could have lost the weight through simple exercise

He told Closer magazine: 'I'm not totally against liposuction but instead of lipo, Kerry could have lost a lot of that fat in a month, with the right diet and exercise.' The personal trainer also revealed that Kerry, who suffers from bipolar disorder and was declared bankrupt last year, is much happier now.
He said: 'Kerry has found exercising improves her moods. It's amazing how much more positive she's been since I first met her. 'She was determined to change her lifestyle so she was in the right mindset. 'She loves exercising now, and it's given her a good reason to get up in the mornings.'

He also said she was a model student, adding: 'I'd heard of Kerry before and knew everything she's been through. 'But I found her to be one of the most motivated people I've ever trained.
'She got into it within a few weeks. And she was determined. If she ever lost her enthusiasm and said in the middle of a run, 'I can't go on any more,' which was rare, I'd tell her she was letting me down, and that would get her going again!' 'She's still smoking, but there's no way I'd let her have a cigarette during our sessions!'
