She had spent the previous evening partying with Simon Cowell and Topshop boss Sir Philip Green at a party where Take That performed.

But despite admitting to fans on Twitter she was feeling slightly worse for wear, Queen of the WAGs decided to put her hangover behind her to spend the day soaking up the sun on the beach in Barbados.

Wearing a tiny white bikini, Lizzie smiled widely as she took part in a photoshoot on the white sands before having a go on a jet ski.

Writing on her Twitter page this morning, Lizzie tweeted: ’Can’t get over how amazing Take That were last night!! Everyone hungover today me thinks....well me knows!!!’

For TV presenter Lizzie, it also meant the end of a dire month in which the heating at her Hampshire home was cut off, just weeks after her husband, former Chelsea and Spurs defender Jason Cundy, stormed out.

According to friends, Liz was ‘absolutely freezing’ at her house in the village of Upton Grey and was shocked to discover that her oil-fired central heating bill was unpaid.

Jason, who had been secretly romancing opera singer Hannah Pedley - until Lizzie, 38, found explicit text messages from her on his mobile phone - stopped paying the utility bills on the house.

She told a friend: ‘I wrongly assumed all the bills would be paid by direct debt as usual.’

Lizzie, married to Cundy for 16 years, told Daily Mail’s Richard Kay: ‘I can’t talk about anything to do with my husband, other than through my lawyers.

’But I can say I thought to hell with it all, I need a break and took my two sons with me. The party was fantastic.’
