Elle Macpherson's soaking up the sun in her "Bikini" and cowboy hat in The Ibiza
As one of the world's greatest supermodels, Elle Macpherson would be welcomed with open arms in any of the five-star seafood restaurants across the globe.
And with her very healthy bank balance, she could probably afford to order the most expensive thing on the menu and not even bat an eyelid.
But she is clearly a woman who likes to cut out the middle man - i.e. the kitchen, the chef and the waiter - and get her delicacies fresh from the sea and straight into her mouth.
The Australian beauty was snapped sitting off the end of her yacht which was anchored off the Ibiza coast soaking up the sun in her bikini and cowboy hat.
But in her hand she held what looked a pair of pliers but was in fact an implement for cutting open sea urchins.
She was grabbing them straight from the sea, slicing them open and eating them straight from their spiked shell.

And her male companion looked on as she munched away on the small animals raw from the sea.
In the Mediterranean. the purple sea urchins are the most common and are often eaten raw with lemon, but they are also put in omelettes, scrambled eggs and in soups.
Elle, 48, was joined by two male companions and her two sons Arpad and Aurelius on the boat.

She also tried her hand at a spot of snorkelling, possibly to collect the sea urchins from the ocean floor.
And she lived up to her former moniker of 'The Body' as she looked sensational in her brown string bikini which showed off her athletic frame.
Elle is taking a well-earned break having filmed the new series of Britain's Next Top Model, which began on Monday night.

And she recently told Entertainment Wise that it's the most 'skilled' group she has seen so far in the history of the show.
She said: 'This particular bunch of girls has been the most skilled as far as modelling is concerned.
'We have seen girls start strong and get stronger, and we’ve also seen girls start strong who have not been able to maintain it because looks only go so far. Versatility, stamina, sense of humor, courage, willingness to try new things, being flexible, reinventing themselves... there are a lot of challenges for them.
'A gorgeous girl can come in and then leave in the first couple of episodes because she doesn’t have that range. By the time they get to the last shows, these girls are really skilled.'
